HOW IT GOES

Webshop

OMMELLINEN OY (vat number FI28010593) sells products to all at least 18 years old customers. All the prices are exclusive of VAT. Orders to EU businesses are subject to VAT of 24 % unless a valid VAT Registration Number is provided. If order is placed without VAT Registration Number it will be invoiced separately.

Ordering 

Products are ordered from the webshop by moving them to the shopping cart. All customer data will be treated confidentially. When ordering from the webshop, you are required to commit to the terms and conditions.

The order confirmation will be sent automatically to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us by e-mail laura@ommellinen.fi. Check that your details are correct – especially phone number and e-mail address.

After the payment is registered, the fabrics will be delivered to you. Delivery costs depend on the value of your order. Delivery costs are clearly stated in the shipping fee -chart in the wholesale -page. Shipping costs are calculated in checkout. 

Pre-order

Occasionally we arrange a possibility for our resellers to pre-order fabrics. How does the pre-order work?

  1. Selected fabrics are placed for the pre-order & pre-order is opened. Pre-order will stay open for a certain time (time span of the pre-order is always notified when it’s opened). Fabrics available for pre-order are marked separately in the webshop. 
  2. You have a possibility to market the fabrics to your customers before you place an order
  3. You choose the ones you like and place an order of the fabrics and amounts that you want. You commit to your order.  
  4. Pre-order closes and the orders are processed 
  5. Fabrics arrive and will be carefully checked by us
  6. Invoice of your order will be sent to you 
  7. The fabrics will be delivered to you after the payment is registered 
  8. You receive your order (estimation of arrival with the pre-order is always given when opening the pre-order)
